What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to know the person that I'll be cooking with, get to know their interests, likes and dislike, how comfortable they are around the kitchen, using kitchen utensils ( stove ect.) and where they would see their culinary skills be within the next couple of weeks or months. If you're in need of sharpening your culinary skills or an elegant way to entertain your family and friends, or co-workers at a chef level, we bring a vibrant, live cooking show or a hands-on workshop. Choose from our themed classes or design your own package.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Cooking comes from the heart, and anyone can do it. Going to school in Atlanta I learned the basics but Working Hands On in the field I've learned how to turn a passion for cooking  into a career,  not only do I love what I do I get to pass on my passion for cooking and teach others to love and learn The Joy of Cooking

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$60 and up.. pricing depends on#of people, product, and location.. Basic Class Structure

The classes include pre planning of menu, aprons and printed recipes for you and your guests. Chef Morris will set-up before event and clean up afterwards.

One Person-$75.00

Two participants- $150.00

Group package of 4 or more $70.00 per person

Cost does include food cost, 

Additional Fees include, travel expenses and Applicable tax

How did you get started teaching?

My Family and friends, and my dying need to experiment and seeing the different things food can conquer and become with just a little imagination.
