The Russell's Dance and Baton Studio was started over 25 years ago by Mrs Elaine Russell with the vision to bring back the sport of baton twiring to the area plus a chance at a competitive dance studio who offers all styles in our recreational and competitive programs. We offer the highlest level of perfection with our staff, routines, classes, choreography and shows. Our students have gone onto college scholarships for dance and baton twirling at Penn State, Pitt, Nebraska, Delaware, Lebanon Valley, Kutztown University, West Virginia University, North Dakota State, West Chester University to just name a few, plus many theatres around the country. We are truly a family operation with the love, passion and commitment. Our teachers are all professional dancers and world champion baton twirlers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We sit down and go over the goals, wishes and desires for dance! We take the time to get to know each one of our students and are always available to talk, discuss and help you to achieve your goals and dreams
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff if trained professionals in dance, tumbling and baton twirling. We attend daily conferences, judge on the national and worl level, have achieved certifications plus college degrees relating to our areas of expertise.

We charge a monthly tuition for classes. Private lessons are paid at the time of the lesson
How did you get started teaching?
Our director strayed over 50 years ago training herself and has passed that down to her children and over 1000 students over the years.
