I've been performing in the Greater Columbus area for over 20 years; from Classical to Jazz to Irish Fiddle. I have performed with several local Irish groups and have performed at the Dublin Irish Festival for the last 15 years. I offer Violin and Viola lessons as well as Ear Training. Learning to play an instrument involves practicing. Wow, what a stupid sounding statement. Practicing is only marginally profitable unless you know “how” to practice. I could tell you right here, in a few words, how to practice and you might say, “ Well, of course, anyone would know that.” The problem is, knowing and doing it two different things.
