Powerful Karate Lessons

Please allow me to introduce ourselves; we are a recognized karate Federation with international reach. We are USA Shotokai Karate with its origins in, New York 50 years ago, under Sensei Toyotaro Miyasaki's guidance.

ISF is an organization whose goal is that of training, educating and improving upon both children, including special needs, and adults, including seniors, the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of Karate-Do Shotokan Style.

If you are interested, we are offering private and group karate classes for children and adults.

Now we are offering our amazing Karate Program classes for group at Herb Skolnick Center in 800 NW 36th Ave. Pompano Beach, FL; or we can go to your place for private or group classes

Karate is more than a self-defense art; karate is a way for fitness, health, and well being.

Our training imparted by highly qualified instructors residing in South Florida, are  Mr. Victor Garrido 7th Degree Black Belt and Ms. Beatriz Elster 5th Degree Black belt.

Now is an excellent time to start, because we are opening classes for new students.

If you are interested in the group sessions, you can get a special free trial lesson at Skolnick Center, Monday or Wednesday at 6:30 pm or Saturday 12:30 pm. But If you prefer private in my place, special schedule, or some special requirements, we can offer you another plan suitable to your needs. The quote depends on if you will take private or group classes, and if you come to my place or I must travel to yours.
