GOLFOREWORK

Not all trainers and coaches can both walk the walk and talk the talk. I've had much success as a professional athlete in Golf, Lacrosse and Skiing, have competed two Ironman races, was apart of the United States Olympic Team, and continue to work with other athletes as a mental and physical peak performance coach, offering every bit of information ive learned as an athlete and mentor through my wonderful career as both athlete and coach.
