With over 10 years of experince and cooking taking me all the way to Brazil to open resturants and consulting chefs threw-out Sao Palo and the mountains of Visconde de Maua. I am sure you will find I am a seasoned chef. Also I graduated in 1994 from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco I have had an interesting path that is still unfolding infront of me!!
