Certified ASCA Level 2 Coach, and Certified Instructor for Children with Special Needs.

I speak English & French fluently, and know basics in Spanish :)

Love teaching all ages, from 6 months old to 99 years old!

Teaching people how to swim is the best job ever! You get to meet people of all ages & abilities. I love to teach beginners especially because it is so satisfying & rewarding to see how some of them succeed to overcome their fear of the water, and to see how they all progress.

There are no words to express my joy when I see my students smile after trying so hard to finally reach their goals!

My daughter has been attending her class since she was 4 years old. She is now 7 and swimming has become a great passion for her. This obviously extends from her time with Coach Josie. She shows her great care, a tremendous amount of patience, and guidance. She continually support My daughter’s love for the sport, and encourages her to continue to push herself and learn without making it a burden or an obligation. This type of commitment and dedication deserves to be recognized. I would recommend Coach Josie as a coach to anyone, as a parent of a 7 year old girl, I feel confident that my daughter is getting good technic, encouragement but most important empowerment to do her best. I would recommend Coach Josie with all my heart to anyone who looks for a professional swimming coach. She will take care of your young swimmer to become the best he/she can be, through working in detail on their technique with a lot of patience and dedication. Coach Josie inspires kids to love and be safe in the water and also prepares them to start swimming at a competitive level. I believe that she is the best you can get for your young children to learn and/or train in swimming.

My daughter joined her team when she was 6 years old and we were extremely happy and grateful with her professionalism and commitment. Values and technical expertise are a rare combination in our person, this what you are getting when your kids star working under the guidance and supervision of Coach Josee. Highly recommended. On top of that, she can facilitate the swim lessons in French and Spanish, which allows parents that just moved to South Florida to maintain a flowing communication with her.
