Hi, I'm Ruby! For the past 10 years, my violin has been an integral part of my life. In that time I've performed as a soloist, a competitive ensemble member, a wedding/event entertainer, and even recorded as a studio musician! I moved to Cape Coral in June of 2021 and started working as a local music instructor that same July. I have experience teaching violin, viola, and cello students of all ages and experience levels. I take a classical approach to teaching, making sure all of my students are proficient in reading sheet music and have an ever-expanding knowledge of music theory. I’m a classical concert pianist, composer and professor for the past 25 years. I have owned my own studio in Miami from 2012 to 2024 and have had over 200 students. I have prepared them for piano recitals, piano competitions and university level applications. I also work part-time at FIU and am offering performance classes and composing classes for older students. My expertise is in teaching students at all learning levels how to perform publicly and to get them ready for the professional world of music.
