Explain, practice and guide the studnd a succeents into the ingredients. The most important thing is to understand how to choose the i gredients, without it cooking healthy and the successful of the dishes is hard to get.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family has a big restaurant in Italy and I actually grown inside it!
