Prior to working with Jason, I lost 70lbs. I got to the point where I was too skinny and scared to eat more calories due to a fear of becoming overweight again but at the same time I knew that I wanted to gain more muscle to my frame. Not having the confidence on doing it myself, I reached out for Jason’s help. I gave him my goals and right off the bat we were on the same page.
