I continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and train my body, developing skills for physical health for myself and others. I am ready to assist you in achieving your goals.
I offer one on one training in my private training gym in Jacksonville. Plus ones are always encouraged. I can provide meal plans and help you lay out a specific path to success.
I have been in the fitness industry for close to 5 years, working as a group fitness instructor, competing in bodybuilding competitions and personal training.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
In the 2023 Daytona Beach Classic I placed 2nd in 2 divisions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Going over a few basic questions about your life, routine, goals and what I could provide to get you there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I can provide meal plans, advice and recomendations based on what works specifically for you and your lifestyle.

30 minute sessions- $40 per session
45 minute sessions- $55 per session
1 hour sessions- $70 per session
+1 friend/family - $20 per session
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching group fitness, got certified and realized how much I enjoy helping people better their life. I prefer working one on one so that the client gets undivided attention and the most out of their workouts.
What types of students have you worked with?
Working in group fitness, I worked with many different types of people. I have expierence working with 55+, new parents, pregnant people, athletes, college students, and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Competing in the 2022 Daytona Beach Classic Competition was absolutely incredible.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try not to be swayed or influenced by social media. You can only see results by doing what works specifically for you and your body. Have a conversation with them, and listen for the facts, not the fluff. Knowledge is power.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think through their realistic adherence to the plan, and what can work for them.
