FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The typical steps to move forward is to make an appointment. At that scheduled appointment we go over the "How" to do everything Dry first, then wet.

Your height, weight and shoe size will be confidentially shared so you can be outfitted properly from the beginning of the lesson. Once all the equipment is secure and all your questions and regards have been addressed we walk into the pool or ocean, and start slowly from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides being a season expert and professional in scuba diving and snorkeling, I hold a Registered Nurse degree and a professional swimmer.

This affirms my experitise to serve and assist others to become their best and most comfortable on top of the water as in snorkeling, or under the water as in scuba dive.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge $75 per hour with a money back guarantee if you are not swimming better within the 30 minutes.

How did you get started teaching?

Being active in the recreational swimming space, I saw so many bad swim instructors, teaching beginners and intermediates. I knew I could teach better, accelerate the learning curve and make it memorable and fun.

What types of students have you worked with?

Men and women, young and old. From every State in the United States of America, including Alaska and Hawaii. Internationally as well, I have served clients from South America, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Russia, Ukraine, China and Japan

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Taking care of my elderly Mother.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask them how old they are as in over 20, over 30 or over 40?

I punk in their 20's is not an expert, nor are they even close to being one either. As they are not capable of putting in the expert 10,000 hours, being thats how old they are.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Be honest about your level of swimming.

Poor

Average
