I’m very passionate about food and I believe that food should not come from cans. Restaurant owner-executive chef of two awarded restaurants in Brazil. Valedictoria (Best Studentof the year) from Le Cordon Bleu of Paris and over 10 years of experience in the restaurant business. My specialty is the Modesnist Cuisine, but I also love the traditional food cooked with care and I also believe that knowledge should be shared between people, that’s the only way to improve the cooking skills. ServeSafe Certified.
I enjoy teaching people how to have a better life through food!

Look for someone that is really passionate about what they do. This way you will get inspired even more.
