Hello,
My name is Nicholas Reyes and I am currently a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour. I play professional tournaments throughout the year, but when I am home and have free time, I like to coach other individuals.
I believe that my method allows the player to enjoy every moment of enhancing their tennis but also pushing themselves to levels they haven’t broken.
My teaching philosophy is very simple, "do your best and forget the rest". If you put all your effort and have a good attitude then thats all I can ask for at the end of the day.
Every player is different, i.e. each has certain qualities that make them different. My goal when I teach is to figure out their strengths and weaknesses, and build on both. Working continuously on making their strengths even bigger weapons for them to use and to make their weaknesses strong enough that they can't hurt you when you play. I believe however it all starts with good technique, like building a house from the ground up. If the base is there then the rest is easy.
I have been with a lot of top ATP players and I like sharing the knowledge that I learned from them and passing it on to other players, especially young ones so they learn the values of what it takes to be good.
