I'm both a PERSONAL TRAINER AND A BELLYDANCE TEACHER. I offer personal training/core rehabilitation and/or bellydance lessons, depending on what you seek.
Bellydance teacher as a healing art since 1998.
Certified personal trainer with core focus since 2011 (NASM)(Fit For Birth).
I specialize with women including mothers and women over 40, to reclaim their bodies, their cores, their beauty (inner and outer), and their livestyle through a foundation of self-care.
I create customized sessions.
We address issues such as healthy weight loss, core strength/toning, low back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, diastasis recti (separation and weakness in the belly muscles), c-section/surgery recovery, and digestive issues.
I offer effective 6-12 week as well as long-term programs to help you create new habits and a foundation for optimum weillness and fitness.
I love to work closely with my clients, providing fun routines and accessible information and tools, motivation, inspiration, and non-judgmental support for optimal health and fitness. I'm passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives, and incorporate a manageable foundation of self-care into their lifestyles.
