I have been playing sports from the time I could walk. Shooting the basketball until 10pm and my dad yelling stop shooting and me saying just one more shot. Lessons are a blended approach focusing on survival skills(holding their breath underwater, floating on their back and getting to the wall) along with actual swimming (paddling their arms, kicking their feet and swimming to and from the wall to the instructor).
