I've received training, and still do, from USPTA, and the world renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Academy (PTR), as well as many other professional sources daily. I have instructed all over the U.S. at different clubs and at Marriott Vacation Club Resorts to guests from all walks of life, ages and skill levels.
I've never met someone I couldn't teach/improve successfully, because I'm excellent at relating to YOUR needs and abilities.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll talk prior, find out your goals and wants from these lessons. We'll agree on tennis courts, and meet up!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played, taught, guided, and instructed many professional sports (soccer, rock climbing, kayaking, wilderness survivalist guide)...and yes, mainly tennis professionally for the past 15 years with unprecedented success. I have the tools and know how to help you technically (perfect stroke and body mechanics) and mentally (sports psychology), while having fun!!
I have extensive and diverse knowledge in all levels, mechanics and dimensions of tennis (singles or doubles). How did you get started teaching?
I've been a player for 40 years...and while living on Hilton Head Island SC many years ago, I decided to start getting professionally certified in teaching tennis, and its taken off since there.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced players. Ages 10- 98 yrs old, Singles players, Doubles players, Doubles Teams, League Teams (groups of 4-10 ppl). Hitting sessions, clinics, group clinics....all and what ever you may need :) !
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Your Instructor should also be your coach...its a bond...he/she should really care! 😊
