I’m a profesional baking and pastry chef. I love teaching and I have been doing it for many years, I love explaining all the important details so my students can make pastries and breads just like professionals! I was born and raised in France where I also graduated from the leading culinary schools. I won the Grand Prix Award of France’s National Culinary Academy.
