About

I'm a personal trainer and martial artist that has

a black belt in Hapkido and tae Kwon do!

I have a brown belt in Judo,

and before that I've done some MMA training and sparring!

Also, got some hours with kali and 52 blocks.

I'm friendly, firm, and won't give you what I think you can't handle!

Seeing people improve and get better then they thought they could is my biggest motivation as a trainer. For them to get more confident and believing they can achieve their goals!

    Frequently asked questions

We talk and figure out all the goals and if they have any issues like medical, time, school, etc. After that we talk about their exercise experience by themselves or with a past trainer and talk about the progess or issues they came across there!

After we get all that I'll tell them the best approach that we will be taking to achieve those goals for them and then we get to work!

I've studied for the ACE Personal training exam! I've went threw a lean phase and a big muscle phase! I'm currently still doing martial arts along with my fitness regimen and I've done 3 obstacle course races with would be:
    2 warrior dashes
    1 Spartan beast

I started teaching in fitness when I was help training a friend of mine to lose weight. Then I worked in a small gym called 9 rounds for a few months and realized this is something I wanted to do!

With teaching martial arts I got to a higher rank in Hapkido and then got more use to the idea of teaching Hapkido and Judo!

Worked with lots of people who have wanted to lose weight and get lean muscle
One that wanted to build muscle
2 people that have had low back problems

Make sure that you and the trainer/instructor are a good fit. If you talk with someone and feel they are not a good fit for you, don't be discouraged to say so. One of the clients I worked with have a trainer that because of that trainer's style of doing things left her with some injuries!
