What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Understanding the current level of skills, areas for growth, and dishes they would like to prepare.
Once that's determined, create a menu, plan or program depending on the amount of training requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and have over 20 years of experience.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always wanted to be a teacher it comes naturally to me. I started getting request from individuals and organizations to conduct cooking classes and demonstrations. The more I did the more request it got, it was history from there.
