Caterí Italian Kitchen

Hi! My name is Caterina Scarano. I am an Italian cook who moved to USA 4 years ago. Since I was a child, I’ve always been interested in everything involving food. Growing up in Southern Italy, both my grandmothers used to show me all their precious recipes. I have got a long time experience in the food industry and the recipes I use now are the same that my grandmothers taught me and that I love to share with my friends and customers. I am very passionate about Italian food and being able to pass down to my students that same passion by teaching them its recepis and tecniques makes me happy!

I love seeing my students enjoying their time while learning how to properly cook a delicious Italian dish!
