I have been cooking professionally for aproximately 16 years. I worked for Buckheadlife Restaurant Group for 5 years as a Sous Chef. I worked almost 2 years with Ray's in the City and Ray's on the River. I was the Executive Sous Chef at Ray's during the begining of the pandemic when Ray's on the River was in the top 5 restaurants in the nation. Currently I teach at The Art Institute of Atlanta. I build Chefs.......

I enjoy giving someone the beauty of culinary perfection or the power to pursue their dreams in the culinary world. I love healing people with food and freeing them chemical medicinal restriciton. If it is not healthy, it is not food...However a little bit of fun never hurt anyone...
