Chef Robert Cooking 101
About
I have been cooking since I was a little kid, helping my mom in the kitchen which helped start my career and led me to go to formal cooking school. I am a graduate of the country's top culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
I have over 30 years experience cooking and I learned so much over the years, I want the chance to give back especially to people that are passionate about food. I have cooked for 2 of our presidents throughout my career and have had many adventures in the kitchen.
I am a laid back Chef with solid skills who makes cooking and learning fun.
I have always been passionate about food and I love to see the smile you can put on someones face when they see and taste one of your creations.
