I have worked in a variety of establishments from Casinos, to popular Hotels and Resorts, to High end Restaurants, Country Clubs, to Corporate services and Health Care. Now I want to take all of my culinary passion, and hands on academic experiences and offer the common person an Intimate experience of a life time.
