Greetings, my name is Chef Kena B. I own and operate Kena’s Cajun Kitchen. I have been cooking since I was I child. I was formerly trained at LeCordon Blue and graduated in the top 5% of my class. I also teach culinary arts at a local high school.

The kitchen has always been my safe space. I want to share my knowledge and skills with those that really want to learn. Once you understand the fundamentals there’s no limit as what you can create.
