Oven Hot Food Group is currently a socially responsible food consultant company. Our mission is to provide varied food service geared teaching consumers who share in our philosophy of reducing the health and enviromental impacr of poorly developed foods. We will teach secrets of a restaurant exeutive chef. We will teach basic and advance cooking and seasoning techniques.
Chef Eljah Brumfield has worked in the best restaurants side by side with the chef in NYC and ATLANTA....he will teach you all the secrects of cooking and good flavor. Chef Elijah has worked along Iron Chef Duane Nutter ..Top chef Hugh Acherson and Currently working with Wolfgang Puck Cartering!
