When working with a new student is very important to have them quick consultation to ensure that the student gets exactly what they want out of the culinary industry
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in the restaurant industry both front of the house and back to the house operation I've open over 20 restaurants here in Atlanta area from fine dining to soulful creations. My cooking style being extremely versatile allows me to work with both veterans and newcomers to the industry
