We offer a broad range of plant based knowledge and food prep lessons geared at increasing the intake of enzyme rich cuisine, antioxidants, minerals, probiotics, and phytonutrients. Each class provides insight into cooking principles associated with gastronomy, extracting, dehydrating, and both raw and cooked gourmet dishes. Dishes can be customized to fit dietary needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our typical process is to access each student's individual reasoning for taking the class. We will then learn to prepare a healthier version of their top dish. There will be an additional bonus dish for students to learn and enjoy. Classes can be customized to fit dietary needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Bioscience relating environmental factors to food quality. I have certifications from The University of Hong Kong in Gastronomy. I have performed food demonstration and classes throughout Atlanta Georgia working with the Wholesome Wave Farmer Market’s, Georgia Food Bank, Elementary Schools, and with Smart Pilates Atl, Healthy Meal Prep Course.
How did you get started teaching?
I have worked with Doctors, Chemists, School Teachers, Parents desiring their children to eat healthier.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I usually provide one free cooking demonstration twice a year at the Taliah Waajid Natural Hair Show involving over 10 thousand participants.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise students to make sure that the instructor has a working knowledge in the field of cooking needed to satisfy them. Be vigilant at questioning the instructor from the beginning.
