I enjoy helping other singers free their voice. I love to see singers I train with go from pure talent to becoming a skilled vocalist who can rock any stage! Finally, its an amazing feeling to see someone share their newfound confidence and training with the world.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each voice lesson will begin with a body and face warmup.
I like to get the student ready to connect with their breath and singing voice.
Secondly, we go through gentle warmups to wake the voice before we transition into more challenging exercises.
The last part of the lesson will involve applying technique (from exercises) to a song. We will connect the dots and refine the music performance aspect.
Each lesson we will create targets and homework practice between each lesson will be discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classsicaly trained and have studied Vocal Performace at Kennesaw State University. Years 2009-2011.
I currently own and operate a Voice Coaching Business called Made For The Stage which works with training artists and working singers.
I'm pursuing continued education on Voice Pedagogy with Dr. Oral Moses (Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree in Vocal Performance and Opera)

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with professional and amatuer singers ranging from ages 12 to Adult.
singer-songwriters, rock vocalists, soul singers, as well as artists interested i musical theater.
I train singers that enjoy all styles of music, but want to focus on one or two styles to help them find and own their own singing style.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise any student to set up a phone call to discuss your goals and needs. This will help you and the instructor lay out a clear path for your success. I would also say to be open and ready to try new ways of learning a skill.
