For Individuals; with a few fundamental applications we will have you hitting the ball more cleanly, more consistently, with an understanding of how to self correct when you are applying the lessons of your instructor during your practice sessions with friends and matches.
For Teams: with a few fundamental seasons we will apply the individual applications shared above to have each of you hitting the ball more cleanly, more consistently, with an understanding of how to self correct, but also how to adjust to your opponents and understand the fundamental strategies of the game and match play. The team practice sessions are highly active and fun.
Unique to Spectrum Tennis, is our method of follow through to your actual sessions with your instructor. Your instructor will follow each session up with an email reminding you what was covered in the lesson together with illustrations and or video lesson.
