Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When I began working as a substitute school teacher in Macon, Ga. I became a Paraprofessional with the Bibb County Board of Education that same year. It was during that time that I met Inspirational Speaker Keith L. Brown who inspired me to get involved and do something about what I had observed with his message of making the "impossible" possible.
As I listened, I focused on how his presentation is developed to motivate students to believe and achieve. I had never considered the concept of speaking professionally. His inspirational speech got me motivated to do what I could to help in the position I was in at the school. I already knew where I saw a need, so I had to design something to help fill that vaccum. I started The Nepalm Network after that, and begin bringing Light to the Darkness.
