I have been teaching singers for 20 plus years. I am passionate about making others succeed. I teach a variety of styles and can custom plan your lessons so that you invest in what your heart desires.
I also have extensive piano skills so that your experience is tailored to where you sing and sound the best.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them about their interest and needs as a singer. I check range, I explore their strengths and weaknesses. I administer voice building exercises. I focus on breathing, posture, wellness, tone and style.
I offer an assortment of repertoire that addresses the needs and desires of the student.
singing is personal and yet it is shared....Creating a balance in lessons creates longevity and success.

I provide tracks, demos and note by note instruction
I suggest 45 minutes every other day, but I prefer 30 min each day.
How did you get started teaching?
I was always interested in music and started singing in my local church. When I showed an aptitude for singing and piano, I started writing, composing, arranging and recording.
I have an extensive performing background, choral background and music directing background.
