Our service provides easy to learn methods that allow our customers the opportunity to see and enjoy their efforts. We follow research-based, practiced and proven cooking methods, so that our clients experience the success they are seeking.
I am a self taught cook with southern and midwestern roots. I have developed a strong following and continue to attract people who want great home cooked meals.
I have participated in cooking contests over recent years. In 1998 I took home first place in the Iowa State Fair’s Cookies BBQ contest for my baby back ribs. I continue to cater gatherings of all sizes.
