My name is Annarita and I have been teaching private lessons since 2012. As a professional violinist I focus my attention on all important aspects of successful music making skills including posture (eliminating tension and achieving a more effortless sense of playing), technical proficiency, knowledge of music theory, and most importantly sound production. Every student is built differently and has a different set of needs. I understand this and am sure to give each student a personal practice plan to fit their needs.

My style of teaching is empathetic and socratic. I create goals and customize lessons to help you develop your viola skills in a way that improves your applied critical thinking.
