About
I have been teaching music lessons for over 40 years. Working with students to help them achieve their goals is the best reward a teacher can have. I studied at the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago as well as privately with several distinguished voice teachers in the Chicago area. Most recently I've been working with Mark Stingley, a well known vocalist and voice teacher. I have worked the last 20+ years as music director at churches in the Archdiocese of Chicago. In that capacity I have been privileged to work with all levels of singers.
I love teaching lessons to all ages. It gives me great pride and a very fulfilling feeling when a student, whether beginner or advanced, learns new things and improves. I especially love to see their excitement after they've accomplished something. The best part is it really never stops as each achievement leads to another learning opportunity and another achievement.
