I’ve been teaching for 24 years and playing the guitar and bass for 32 years! I’ve studied Classical and Jazz guitar and have a Bachelors in Music Performance. I’ve been playing guitar and bass in rock and blues bands for 28 years. Teaching music has always been a passion for me. I tailor all my lessons to the individual students interests and wants. Whatever your goals are, I'll help you get there! I’ll help you learn all the basics to have a firm foundation on the instrument and build good practice habits that will fit with your goals!

Welcome! My teaching focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their goals while emphasizing the music fundamentals that will prepare and enrich them for life. I am passionate about guitar theory/composition, and songwriting. I believe I can engage any curious or dedicated student with this eclectic mix of perspectives and experience.

Hello! My name is Charlie O'Neill, and I am a 20 year old drummer from Chicago. I have been playing drums for nearly my whole life, with formal training for over 10 years. My primary focus is jazz drumset, however I have experience playing a wide array of genres such as rock and funk, as well as classical percussion.
