Molly Hultgren Swim Lessons

My name is Molly and I began teaching swimming in 2006. Over the past 11 years I have worked for various facilities including Skokie Park District, YMCA, Chicago Athletic Club, and Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU). I have worked at NEIU for the past 8 years, while obtaining my degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, and Water Safety Instructor. I am also certified in First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR (infant, child, and adult), and AED (automated external defibrillator​). With my extensive background in Early Childhood Education and years of experience in working with young children and teaching swim lessons, I specialize in teaching children's beginner learn to swim swim lessons. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and teaching children how to swim. I begin by helping students feel comfortable in the water and teach them to be confident and independent swimmers.
