I work with swimmers and triathletes on technique and endurance training. I also do above and below water video work. I also work with beginners of all ages. Learning to swim is one of the most important skills in life.
I love being able to help athletes and students reach their goal and refine their skills. There is nothing better than reaching a goal, whether it be learning to float, making a state cut, or doing your first triathlon.

Larry S.
Karl does a great job of breaking down the various swimming strokes. He focuses on one or two things at a time and gradually adds other steps. This allows you to get the proper technique down before proceeding. He is encouraging but also not afraid to tell you when your technique is slipping. Although I am a beginner, I would highly recommend Karl for all levels of swimmers.
