KingFit Training was created by Andrew Scott, a Golden Glove winner and multiple-certified personal trainer that has worked with Physical Therapists, athletes, clients recovering from major surgeries and unique members of the general population.
KingFit focuses on educating clients while working out and strives to bring creativity and fun to your program. Our trainers assess each client, create individual programs and use a holistic approach, not cookie-cutter muscle mag workouts with unenthused trainers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll set up in-person or streaming workouts and find out all about your needs before creating a tailored program. We use scientific-based warm-ups, stretches, workouts and cool downs to help you reach your goals smart and safe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each trainer has multiple certifications in personal training and nutrition with certifications and years of experience in boxing coaching and competing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Sessions are between 30-120 minutes in 30 minute increments.
How did you get started teaching?
Our trainers come from atheltic backgrounds using science to make the best gains and reach goals safely.
What types of students have you worked with?
With experience working with athletes, physical therapy organizations and everythingin between, our trainers work with all populations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently won the Golden Gloves as boxer and coach and now work closely with pro boxers and mma competitors.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Our advice in finding a good coach is making sure they communicate a plan and have experience in the field.
