About
I'm originally from Peru. My interest is to experience life through the lenses of compelling unusual and unique culinary experiences. I pursued my passion for food and wine attending Culinary School and working in a prestigious Michelin Star restaurant in Palo Alto, California. I had lived and worked in 9 countries and in 3 states in the USA. I learned and experienced the local food ever since. I'm eager to share and guide them to a culinary journey.
I love meeting nice and interesting people which are open to learn and experience different cultures. My passion is to share what I learn I don't keep any secrets from my students.
