We teach Krav Maga, the fastest learned self defense system on the planet. Krav Maga is for everyone, and will get you into shape while you learn self defense. We also teach combat grappling for self defense, sport and law enforcement. All instructors are black belt certified by the USKMA, hold black belts in other disciplines, and have over 20 years of law enforcement experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students are invited to attend an intro to Krav Maga at 7:00 p.m. each Thursday. The 1/2 hour intro will get each student started with philosophy and rules of the system, and stances and combatives to get started. Students are invited to stay after for a free 1 hour level 1 class to try it out. The intros are $20.00 cash or check at the door.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the instructors are black belt certified by the United States Krav Maga Association. In addition, instructors hold black belts in other disciplines, and have over 20 years of law enforcement experience.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after being a student for several years. I became a student to get into shape, learn self defense and assist with a law enforcement career.
What types of students have you worked with?
Krav Maga is for everyone and our students encompass males and females high school age and older.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We host women's self defense seminars at our gym or yours, contact us if interested.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Research the system itself to see if it meets your needs, find out the instructors backgrounds and ask the instructors abd current students questions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Find out what the system entails. Let the instructors know if you have any physical limitations and we will work around them.
