What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sit down in person or have a phone call so we can discuss what you want to learn and what you expect to gain from this. Explain process of lessons and to see what level of cooking you are at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended The Culinary School at Kendall College in Evanston, IL graduated with Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts. I have 20+ years of cooking experience ranging from Hotels, restaurants all the way to Senior Living and cooking demos and classes. Food Handlers certified through ServeSafe. Practice Covid19 safety protocols.
