Hannah Silverman

Hi there! I’m Hannah Silverman. I’m a professional performer and teaching artist, and I’ve been working in the Chicago area for the past 5 years.

I teach students of all ages and meet every student where they’re at, catering each lesson to each individual student. In voice, I accept students of all levels, from beginner to advanced. For piano, I accept beginner-intermediate students. Many of my students opt to do a combo piano/voice lesson where we learn piano technique, voice technique, and then put the two together so they can learn to accompany themselves on their favorite tunes!

I’m a classically trained signer and moved to Chicago to peruse a career in musical theater and music. Currently, I sing professionally with events bands Blue Water Kings, LPE, Ring Of Music, and others. I work frequently in the Chicago musical theater scene, and I perform my original music around the city regularly.

I’ve been playing piano since I was a teenager and trained in both classical and contemporary styles. Now, I specialize in teaching basic-intermediate music theory and piano skills.
