Coach Joshua has been outstanding with our family! Started with general fitness for my husband and I but ended up teaching our son boxing aswell. It's been such encouraging experience and coach has really surpassed expectations.

She meets you at your fitness level but gently nudges you to reach the fitness level of which she knows you are capable. Oh yeah and she can “modify that”. So if you are looking to improve your fitness level or have some other goal relate to health, come see CeCe she will beat you up with a smile and when you complain that your are sore with a smile she says “you’re welcome”

I have been working with Darrell almost 3 months now. I have MS and was told by my doctor even though I will never walk again, exercise can help my condition. Darrell and I talked about my condition and my goal was to strengthen my legs and get arms like Clay Matthews. I was nervous about working with a trainer, because I am in a wheelchair. But, he made me feel comfortable and assured me he worked with wheelchair bound people before. Even though some of the things we do may seem simple to some. But it is very challenging to me and it has really helped. I want to thank Darrell for improving my confidence. My shoulders are now rounded and it feels good to look in the mirror again. If, I could write this review 10x over I would!

Coach Rob is amazing with kids and quite funny to me as well. How he interact with the kids is an extreme plus. He is very patient and the kids see that as well. He has a playful but serious way of winning their attention over. He will ask them things like “Do you like to dance?” Then you’ll see the kids smile and then understand that rhythm is why he ask that. It make it look so easy and for that is way I’m glad to have my son working with Coach Rob
