I am a busy 54 year old professional woman. I have lost 10 pounds in less than a year. Tanner changes the routine every session so I am never bored. He is firm but not a jerk. I have worked with trainers in NYC and Geneva, IL and not only is Tanner the most knowledgeable, he's also the most interesting to talk to. I would recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a responsible, caring trainer to get them motivated and focused.

Oksana is an amazing coach. She took time fixed my form on exercises. I’ve been doing poorly for a while. As soon as she made corrections. I felt the difference immediately.
