I started in my hometown tutoring, after that I was doing in College, helping other students. And after that I was doing for my own in my house. Actually I am working for IPS as a bilingual assistant but in Social Studies full time. But I tutor some people by my own with Spanish or ESL. I always wanted to be a teacher but in my country they did not earn a lot of money, for that reason I studied CPA. But my first passion is teach. I want to do my master in teaching and Spanish.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I make an interview in his lenguage and I started asking questions in Spanish, I ask them to write something, I tell them a history in Spanish, and look out what is the level, and after that asking them what they expect to be and from me.
