Hi! My name is Joseph! I've been playing guitar for about 20 years and I've been teaching guitar for about 7 years both online and in person. I specialize in fundamentals and theory for beginners so you can have an easy time traversing the fretboard with good practice exercises, hand strengthening and rhythm-based lessons. I love metal and shred but I began in blues and country. With time and some fun lead-based lessons I hope to aim my students towards a lot more improving and phrasing skills. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Music from Butler University, received a Master's of Music from the Hartt School and an Artist Diploma from Yale University.
