Chef Terri has spent the past five years teaching healthy cooking classes for large and small groups, including corporate team building classes and leading televised cooking segments on major networks, such as CBS, FOX, and NBC. Chef Terri is a self-taught chef and fitness professional and is currently attending the Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts pursuing her goal to be a classically trained chef.

I brought two of Terris dishes to an event - a pan of her macaroni and cheese loaded with THE freshest shrimp and crispest bacon Ive ever had in my life and a dish of her cheesy grits and shrimp. I dont even like grits after a childhood that involved having to eat too many danged grits. But I am reformed! I fell face-forward into both these lovely things!
Yall. I cant wait to order more food for my next party. I lied. I may just order more food and claim its a party so I can have it all to myself!

Terri Allen made us some BOMB loaded Mac and cheese and ribs for our girls nights and when I tell you we all didn’t wanna move after eating. Worth every penny and she gives great customer service.

Delectable...Yes, that is the word that best describes the many foods of Chef Terri. From her white chicken chili that has the right amount of heat to her red beans and rice that had just enough southern comfort. You cannot go wrong with any dish that Chef Terri puts her LOVE in and you wont realize just how healthy it is as the flavor is yummy! And while you eat, you will be thoroughly entertained with Chef Terris quick wit. Wherever she is, I want to be!

I attended one of Terri’s live cooking sessions and it was amazing! Her energy and passion for healthy eating is contagious. Her sauté kale and cauliflower fried rice is absolutely delicious. You won’t regret attending her class.
