My name is Henry Bousquet and I am a certified executive chef with the American culinary Federation. I’ve been a chef professionally for over 25 years in a chef educator for the last 15 years. I have experience in everything from restaurant build outs,kitchen design, menu development and systems and operations. I enjoy teaching people who are ready to learn and passionate about food, give me a call, I’m looking forward to working with you.
I’m passionate about good food, great and different ingredients and enjoy spending time with good people.

We consult over the phone about what the student desires to learn. Make a plan, and set a date, time and menu.

yes. 50$ per hour of instruction plus food, wine etc. if over the 20mile radius I would ask for a travel subsidy.
