We take some time to get to know where there heart is as a cook then I try to build on that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Exec Chef from the ACF. I also was instumental in helping to create and open a professional chef academy as Director of Culinary Management. Then taught for 3 years.
